How do I know my order has been confirmed?
QuikSilver.in will send a confirmation email for your order, to the email address associated with your QuikSilver.in order/account. In this email you will be provided with a unique Order ID (eg. OD01202130213).
Is it necessary to register on QuikSilver.in to shop?
It is necessary to register on QuikSilver.in so that we can ensure there is no communication error and that the delivery details are correct. Registration takes place at the time of checkout. All you need to do is punch in is your email id and a desired password and that’s it. Registration is done! You can also complete the registration through your Facebook account.
How do I check the current status of my orders?
You can review the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with QuikSilver.in. To check the status of your orders, click on the “Track your order” link in the footer of any page on our website. You can also check the status of your order on the “My Account” link in the top right of any page on our website. We keep the details of any order for a period of 6 months.
When and how can I cancel an order?
You have the ability to cancel an order before it is dispatched. In case your product has been dispatched you will have to follow our 30 day return policy.
Part of my order is missing

How do I place a Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) order?
Add the item(s) to your bag and proceed to checkout. When prompted to choose a payment option, select "Cash on Delivery". Enter the CAPTCHA text as shown, for validation. Once verified and confirmed, your order will be processed for shipment in the time specified. You will be required to make a cash-only payment to our delivery partner at the time of delivery of your order to complete the payment. All Cash on Delivery orders will be confirmed and verified via phone by our service team. The order placement will complete only after verification.
How much are the delivery charges?
QuikSilver.in provides free delivery on all items shipped within India. Please note that we do not deliver anywhere outside India.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
All QuikSilver.in items are delivered through reputed logistics partners. We will provide you with an Airway Bill Number (AWB number) for your order by which you can track your delivery on our website.
How do I initiate a return?
Every return should contain the original packaging. If you wish to return a product, we request you to pack it in the original box along with the original invoice & product tags and put a “Return” label on the box. This label is available with every parcel sent to you. Once you have packed it, please contact us via email, chat or telephone and we will have it picked from your end. This will be a free pick up.
What is QuikSilver.in’s return policy?
If you have received a damaged or defective product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery at no extra cost. The 30 Day Return Policy is applicable to all products sold on QuikSilver.in While damaged or defective merchandise are also covered under the 30 Day Return Policy; you can initiate a return under the 30 Day Return Policy if you are not satisfied with the product or the fit.
Product specific policies:
Items should be returned in the original condition you had received them. Please understand that we cannot accept returns under the following instances:
- Damages due to misuse of product
- Products with tampered or missing serial or UPC numbers or labels
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, original invoice and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
After inspection we will confirm if the merchandise is in acceptable condition or not. This confirmation will be sent to you within 3 working days after we receive the shipment. Upon confirmation, as per the return policy, we will refund the amount back to you via the same channel with which you made the payment. However, incase of COD orders we will issue a store credit for that particular amount.
How do I return a defective or damaged product for a new replacement?

What is store credit?
Store credit is an outstanding credit on a Customer account that can be applied to an Invoice as a Payment. You can use this store credit amount anytime while shopping on QuikSilver.in. In case you require a cash refund for the store credit amount, please contact us via email, chat or telephone and we will refund you the amount by cheque. Store credit on QuikSilver.in has a validity period of one year from the date of issue, post which any unused amount would expire.
What to do if I have been refunded the wrong amount?

Can I return items purchased online, at the store?
Unfortunately items purchased online cannot be returned at the store. We request you to follow our return procedure mentioned earlier.
Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer direct exchanges. However, you can use the 30 Day Return Policy. (We only accept items, returned in their original condition, within 30 days after receipt).

I have a seen a style but cannot find it on the net – why?
If you are looking for a specific style, please use the sort bar to sort the styles alphabetically and you will get the style information. If you cannot find the style, it is not available in the online shop.
Do you have the style in my size?
If a size is not available in the online shop, it is unfortunately sold out. When an item is sold out, it may not come back on stock. We do our best to always offer the very latest styles and trends in our online shop. Therefore, most sold out styles, may not come back in the online shop.
Do you have the style in a different color?
All the products shown on are website are shown with the available color options. If the requested color is not available at the online shop, it is most likely sold out. When a style is sold out in a specific color, we may not get it back in stock as we continuously get completely new styles in the online shop.
